Directions to Americus:

From Albany take highway 19 to Americus and then turn east into Americus on
highway 280 (Lamar St.).

From Cordele take highway 280 into Americus (Forsyth St.).

From Montezuma highway 49 merges with highway 280 east of Americus.
Take highway 280 into Americus (Forsyth St.).

From Ellaville take highway 19 to Americus and then turn east into Americus
on highway 280 (Lamar St.).

From Preston highway 280 merges with highway 19 outside Americus.
Stay on the merged highway going north and then turn east into Americus on
highway 280 (Lamar St.).

From any way into Americus explained above
you will be on either Forsyth Street or Lamar Street. Take either of these
into downtown (the top of the hill) and then turn south on Lee
Street and
the Public Safety Complex is on the right in the first or second block south
depending on which direction you were traveling into Americus. Parking is on the west
side of the complex. The address is 119 South Lee Street, Americus,
Georgia, 31709.
